Soak it right away. Letting sweaty gym clothes sit around won’t do the fabric any favors. Wash your activewear as soon as possible after use.
Wash sports bras after every use. It’s a good idea to pre-Soak them first. Get extra-clean after an extra-hard workout.
Turn it inside out. Always follow the care instructions on the label, but generally washing items inside out (whether it’s by hand or on the gentle cycle) in cooler temperatures and laying flat or hanging to dry is the way to go.
